such a gorg dress for a wedding, i am 5’5 and wore 3in heels and it was the perfect length. Dress is strapless and the tulle off the shoulder material can be tied as loose or tight as you like. Price includes laundry care of dress - please do not wash yourself! Also PLEASE no oils or heavy lotions/perfumes, it’s a satin material and will leave marks with too much product. Thank you 🙏🏼
