A beautiful maxi blue dress it is entirely sheer, so I recommend wearing a nude strapless bra or bandeau with it, as well as some sort of nude undergarment! Also could be great with the bathing suit. Easy to dress up or dress down I originally got it for a bachelorette when the theme was something blue :)
