I LOVE the detailing on this dress. The waist is probably about a 28" would be my guess? very low v-neck. Nice color and completely covers the full back. Definitely needs some bigger boobs to fill in the dress, when I wore it I was 34 or 36 DD, I think. Originally bought for $1,200ish YEARS ago and it's just been sitting in my closet since.
