worn once as black bridesmaid / MOH in my sisters wedding, I don’t remember the actual size I think a 6 or 4 but it was altered to fit me: 5’7, 120 lb, 24/25 Jean size. There is some give so it would probably fit a 26 waist as well it would just be more fitted (like it is on my sister the blonde)
