Skirt and top are largely adjustable. Skirt is layered has some weight to it, which is what gives it the elegant look.
For reference in the photos I am 5’2” (skirt is long but with heels is fine).
Must dry clean if the bottom of the lengha becomes dirty by rubbing on the ground.
