One of my fav dresses I own - fits so well on anyone. Neck tie can be adjusted to have cowl neck as low or high as you want. Slightly sheer on bottom but not see through at all (i usually wear little black shorts underneath!) XS but can fit larger & my friends with bigger chests have worn perfectly
