Sort of hits ankle length but it’s super cute. It’s a halter tie top but could probably be worn as strapless too if you tuck them. The size is 00 but I’m a 0/2 and have decent sized chest and it fits me well so I think the brand runs a little big. Has a little belt at the waist/ribcage
