Flowy skirt mini dress! Pairs great with tall boots. It is a size 0 and fits me just right as a size 25 in waist girlie. It’s definitely the ideal size for those with 25 in waists and under. It does have shirring on the back for some stretch but it is fitted on the waist. Great for summer parties!
