Big flouncy bell bottom polka dot pants with green long top and scarf. Note, some of the gold ribbon on the pant is missing as pictured. I must’ve not noticed it when wearing since light coloring of pants mixed w volume of fabric masks it well. Both front & back of top are embroidered & jeweled!
