Would fit S-M in my opinion. Waist runs smaller but there’s a corset lace up back so it’s somewhat flexible. About 26” length. I had the bottom folded in to make it slightly shorter- I’m 5’5” for reference. Flat measurement bust: 15” (but flexible to be more or less due to corset lace back) Flat measurement waist: 14”
