I bought this for a ski trip and only wore it once, so it is basically in perfect shape. I usually wear a small and this size 6 fit me with room to layer a sweater underneath, which was perfect on a cold day. It is warm without feeling bulky, and it kept me dry all day. It is softshell, waterproof, and insulated with down. It has a hood, lots of pockets, and a little sleeve pocket for your ski pass, which I actually used a lot.
