FYI, This was a size 4 dress taken in to a 0. Waist paneling was taken in to roughly 23-24 inch waist. Was hemmed to height 5’5 and to wear 4-5 inch heels. Train length and skirt fabric is untouched. Neck of halter was taken up slightly. I am a 34C/32D and 115 pounds.
