The Talia dress is made from a non-stretch cotton fabric with long puff sleeves, a fitted drop waist, and v-neck with a cutout. The dress is a dark indigo blue. I am 5'5" and this hits me a few inches above the knee. It is TTS. The dress is in like-new condition, only worn a few times for parties and events. Works well for parties, vacation, and semi-formal events!
