This dress is so chic - perfect for New York Fashion Week NYFW - the bottom is organza (not see through as it has 2 layers), the top is sheer with gems over the boob area. Such a unique standout piece! New with tags. It's actually an 8 but fits more like a 6 which is why I listed it as a 6 (I'm normally a 6!)
