Pleated green halter dress from Petal and Pup. Size XS, but I would say it would fit an XS-M because it’s very flowy! Bump friendly! I am 21 weeks pregnant in the photo and I had plenty of room left! I am 5’3 without heels and I wore 2” heels with it.
