The Tripoli Dress is a sleeveless maxi dress with a scoop neckline and tiered ruffles. Black with white polka dots. Great for weddings and so easy & comfortable. I am 5'2" and wearing 2.5" heels in the picture, I had this shortened as the dress came and was way too long.
