This dress has been altered since it was a bit big on me when it came, so it best fits between an XS and a S. My measurements are 34C-D 26” waist for reference. The wrap scarf with the tassels is so much fun and perfect for any occasion. I also like to tuck this in and wear it as a top sometimes.
