Super flattering and perfect

Owner was very disrepectful of my time, to the point where she lives a 5 min walk away from me and i scheduled a courier to bring the item back. We had coordinated a time for me to pick up the dress and i walked to her apt for scheduled time. Message her saying i am there and all she says id “im still at work”. I then on my way home from the airport days later tell her im coming straight from the airport after a work trip and will meet her at her apartment to get the dress in time for my event and she has me get out of the car with my suitcase to come up to her 5th floor apt and grab the dress. Horrible, horrible communication.
