I had it altered to my height with heels on, which is 5’5-5’6. There are two adjustable straps on the back which is really nice for around the bust area.
I’m a size S-M in most things, I’m a size 4-6 waist and 36 C. This can definitely fit someone with a smaller or larger bust due to the adjustable straps
