The perfect going out dress! This is a size XXS and does not have stretch. Fits a true 22 or 23 inch waist. Also since this does not have stretch, it fits best for bust sizes under a C cup. Please do not try to squeeze into the dress if this does not fit. Great condition but there is a blemish at the top of the dress and on the back of the dress (see photos). No spray tan / self tanner or strong perfume!
