Off the shoulder gown, lace up back so it is adjustable! It is adjustable but I had it on the tightest lace up “setting” for my waist. The “sleeves” are too snug for a size medium person. I’d say true to size small. 26” waist is probably smallest it can go. I am 5’7.5” and wore 2” heels :)
