Very poor communication skills and unnecessarily confrontational. I reached out to Pickle to resolve the rental issue since I wasn’t able to pick up the item, but she became very upset when Pickle didn’t fix the problem right away. Despite my attempts to compromise by offering to pay both the rental and late fees, the situation still couldn’t be resolved.
