Perfectly floor length for a black tie event (had hemmed to be perfect with a small heel and I am 5’6”). Size XXS from Meshki but I had taken in a little bit as well as it was too big around the waist and back. Fit my chest okay, wouldn’t have hurt if I were a C cup instead of a B cup though. The plunge neck does cling nicely to chest though for security.
