I do not have the modesty panel as I used that to make the matching choker that has a pretty button closure at the back. If you have a smaller waist than me this may be loose below the waist as I couldn’t tie mine any tighter around my hips. Wore platform heels but had it hemmed to a 5 inch heel. *had it altered from size us 4 and taken in slightly at the hips* fits US 2-4
