The issue I had was with customer service. The jacket arrived late and they handled it very poorly. I’m very upset with the no response even though they did overnight it, but it was a few days late. That is not how you handle something I was the customer and I was ordering something. It was not my fault that it was late and they were more annoyed with me trying to get me to rent other pieces. Then when I asked them to overnight it, they did do so, but they were annoyed and stopped answering me terrible terrible customer service. Beware renting from them!
