This is the perfect formal/ black tie, floor length wedding guest dress. Fits like a glove for those who are typically a size 4. I am 5’5 and the length is great with a pair of 3 inch heels. If you are shorter you may need platform heels, and this should be a doable length for those 5’9 and under (shoe dependent). Never been worn, tags on!
