This is a lined mini dress with ruffles, a removable non-sheer slip and self-tie details at the neck and waist. It's made with Fête Chiffon™ — lightweight, semi-sheer fabric with an ethereal drape. For some reason, I was sent a size M in the slip and S in the dress, but I ended up just keeping it.
