Gorgeous ice blue gown only worn 1x! Please note this dress has never been hemmed so has minor stains on bottom that would come off after hemming. Price drop reflects this but please message me and I will share additional pics! I am 5’2 for reference, wore with 6 inch platforms & it was too long.
