The iconic Rat & Boa gown... this dress looks amazing on everybody. It is slightly sheer! Super flattering.
(The dress has been hemmed about 2 to 3 inches at the bottom. I am 5'7 and can wear it with small heals or flats and it still touches the ground. I recommend being 5'3 with tall heels - 5'7 with flats)
