Gorgeous Self Portrait dress, perfect for the bride to be! I wore to my own rehearsal dinner and welcome party. Worn once and in perfect condition! Please note, I did not wear the belt that came with it as I liked how it looked without it. It does not come with the belt! Waist Meaurment laying flat (measuring right above the peplum) - 13.5 in Length (measuring from bottom of arm put to bottom of dress) - 38 in I am 5’1 and 112-115lbs and it fit like a glove!
