Outcast Maxi Dress super gorgeous and has cutouts on the side but I wore the dress by bunching the cutouts more and it stayed. Outcast clothing is australian so it runs small so I got in a Large but Im always a medium. It’s gorgeous only worn once. Also no refunds please.
