Embellished sequin tied mini skirt. Tie is comfortable (I have to wrap it a little bit). Skirt makes the coolest noise (not annoying very subtle). Looks like fish scales. SKIRT AND PANTS ARE NOT CONNECTED (pants and sweater posted separately if you like the fit lol)
