Off the shoulder light blue satin maxi dress perfect for a black tie event. Would fit size 0-2! I’m 5’5” and wore 3” heels, and the dress just barely touched the floor! I didn’t have it hemmed. See last photo for subtle discoloration along the hem in the back of the dress.
