Bottom is black tulle (like a big long tutu) and top bpart is black with gold detail/embroidery. Back is open with a tie, making this a very adjustable dress! Slip part for bottom tulle with a slit for one leg. Great for black tie weddings/events! For reference, I am 5'5" and wearing heels in pics.
