I am 5'5" (32C bra) and wearing 3.5" heels in picture shown. top is tighter structured corset style, bottom is flowy and very forgiving material. shiny black fabric. this two-tone silhouette features ruched panels on the bodice and a floor-length skirt. The strapless neckline and a thigh-high side slit provide the silhouette with a seductively feminine feel.
