This vintage dress is all black with velvet trim. The halter neck has two buttons at the back of the neck, a slit in the back of the dress, and zips up the back.
Tag says size 8, but since it’s vintage, I’d say it fits more like a 6. My chest is a 34DDD & it fits me perfectly.
The neck scarf is a separate piece I’ve added that I can include too!
