Amazing dress for any cocktail party or special occasion. Excellent condition, only worn twice. The fabric is a combo of sheer with velvet and some slight shimmer in a subtle leopard pattern. Mini but not too short (I’m 5’4), puff shoulders and a deep plunge (I recommend using noon tape)
