The top black portion is crochet while the striped portions are lace. Vintage 90s / Y2K Betsey Johnson. Fully lined so can be worn without layering. Top is labeled M and skirt is S. Stretchy & can fit either! There are two holes in the lace of the skirt. There is also a hole at the top part, but is covered by the top so not visible when worn.
