Fabric is very lightweight 50% cotton and 50% rayon. Beautiful bright, bold floral, print in light and bright pink, bright Kelly green, white. Yes this is a cover-up, however, accessorize correctly, & you can wear to a nice restaurant. I added a belt, jewelry, and nice wedges with this dress and took her out to dinner on the Amalfi coast!
