For reference I am size 4 US/ Size S and 5'5. The skirt is a good length when I wear 3 inch heels. (can wear slightly higher or lower depending on your height)
Sizing could flex either side given the back of the skirt has adjustable clasps and there is some room in the top for slightly larger or smaller.
