Can be dressed up or down! Ive worn this only once for a wedding - you can see it on me in the last pic. For sizing reference: I’m a 24 waist & 5”2. I had on a 1-inch heel and it was the perfect floor length on me, but if you’re taller it will fit more like the picture (ankle).
