The sexiest (but also classy) maxi dress with a cut out in the waist! The bottom is stretchy but the top is a big tight around the bust for me (I'm a size small with around a C cup!). I wore this out in Vegas and got SO many compliments. Tiny tiny tear in one of the halter straps but not noticeable!
