The perfect little red dress for July 4th or a summer outing. Lightweight breezy fabric with ruching and floral accent at hip. Has a draped cowl back. The midsection wasn’t hanging right on me, so I pinned the excess fabric up into the flower which left some pin holes. Easily fixable.
