Gorgeous metallic cobalt blue evening dress from Dessy collection. Trumpet dress with beautiful details. Perfect for a wedding or formal event! I added a sheer blue shawl on top to make it a bit more modest. It runs a bit small, the size is 10 but would be a perfect fit for an 8.
