Can fit a small as well. My measurements are 35 inch bust, 28.5 waist, 38 hips, 23 thigh and it fits me well. Would not recommend for measurements larger than that, especially if you want thicker layers underneath. Top part is insulated for extra warmth, and bottom goes over your ski boots
