Dress was damaged and had loose strings so i couldn’t wear it

Product was in terrible condition. One side all tangled with loose threads. Not wearable.

Did not arrive on time, 3 days late

The gown arrived 3 days AFTER the supposed date, so I couldn’t wear ir and had to find something else last minute.
