Super cute Madeline costume! Includes blue slip dress (adjustable straps) , blue sheer cape with little scarf , knee high stockings and yellow hat. Please note, I sewed the cape part to have the red scarf part and collar myself— it is in NO WAY expert work, but it gives the desired effect.
