Gorgeous blue dress from Meshki 2021 ish. Stunning for dinner or vacation. It’s super flattering and a beautiful shimmery fabric. The straps are adjusted to be straight instead of a halter, which makes it a bit more formal in my opinion. Such a staple piece, perfect for Fourth of July!
