Too loose on me- I am a size 4, size small, and I would say this is a size 6 or size Small-Medium. I had about an inch of space on my waist and hip. I really would say more of a size 6.
Best for taller girls (I am 5’7.5”) as it is longer and it would be more flattering as it is long.
