A gorgeous turquoise blue gown with a flattering high neck, open back, featuring ruffled hems. Size 0 but I usually wear a size 2-4 and this fits! There is a tiny hole in one of the ruffles near the zipper (see last pic) but it’s barely noticeable since the ruffles layer on top of each other!
